Information about registration

For paper presenters:
Abstracts for papers in all disciplines must be submitted by February 28, 2007. Abstracts must be submitted via the online registration form (see above).
The application should be submitted in English or German. It should be of academic character, and it will be included in the conference programme only after receiving the approval of the CBSE Programme Committee (by March 15, 2007). The applicants should have a graduate degree (Ph.D. or M.A.) in their field. After May 1, 2007 participants will be able to apply as listeners.

For conference listeners:
Please, register for the status of conference listener by filling in the application form given above, disregarding information about the title of presentation and abstract. Deadline for online registration as a conference listener - May 31, 2007.

Procedure and payments

Please fill out the online registration form. If you are going to present a paper you have to wait for written confirmation from CBSE Programme Committee (March 15, 2007at the latest). We recommend planning your participation well in advance.
Only bank transfers dated on or before May 1, 2007 can be accepted. Be prepared to show, if necessary, the confirmation letter and the copy of receipt of payment at the registration desk. All amounts are payable in Euro only. The participant must pay all bank charges.

The registration fee for participants includes:

Access to all daily panels and sessions (a limitation may be made due to technical reasons, capacity of lecture halls, etc.).
Admission to opening session (Town Hall/F�rstensaal), reception (Nordost-Institut and Br�msehaus), dinner on Friday, closing plenary session an common conference banquett on Sunday.
A conference bag with conference materials, including detailed programme, contact information of the participants and a program of abstracts.

The registration fee for accompanying persons and listeners includes:

Admission to daily plenary sessions. Admission to opening and closing plenary session.

Cancellation of registration

Cancellation must be made in writing (E-Mail sekretariat@ikgn.de) to the CBSE Programme Committee before May 31, 2007.
No fees will be refunded.

Liability

Organizer is not liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants and accommpanying persons attend the conference and all accompanying events at their own risk and reponsibility.
